The rooms will be double occupancy. If you would like to bring your spouse at an extra cost, please contact Kirstin Riesbeck as soon as possible.

Check In: Any time after 3:00pm on Sunday
Check Out: 12:00pm on Saturday (It is recommended that you bring your bags to the closing activities Saturday morning.)

Persons in need of early check-in or check-out should contact Kirstin Riesbeck as soon as possible.

Transportation: There is NO shuttle service from the Corpus Christi International Airport to the hotel. There will be a unviersity van to shuttle participants between the hotel and campus. You will receive more information on the shuttle schedule upon arrival. Given the scenic location, you will probably still want a rental car for sight seeing.

Parking: There are no parking passes needed for the summer. If the guard inquires, explain that you are with the NCSI workshop hosted by Prof. Steve Dannell of the Computer Science Department.

Meals: Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Please eat before you come to campus. Lunch and Dinner will be catered on-campus and will be served on the third floor of the computer science building.

Classes: The instruction will take place on the 2nd floor of the Center for Instruction building #327.

Weather: South Texas is VERY HOT in July/August. Temperatures are around 100 with 95 percent humidity. DRESS LIGHTLY! The wind averages 15 mpg every day.

Recreational Facilities: There is a small pool at the hotel. You can also obtain free gym passes down the road from the hotel. The gym is a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
