Lodging: We will be staying at:

Rooms are single occupancy. If you would like to bring your spouse please let us know in as soon as possible. Contact Kirstin Riesbeck. Linens and towels are provided.

Check In: Any time after 1:00pm on Sunday (Please plan to attend the dinner/opening reception .)
Check Out: Before 10:00am on Saturday (Plan to bring you luggage to the morning activities and leave from there.)

Persons in need of early check-in or check-out should contact Bonnie Travaglini as soon as possible.

Parking: There are no special parking passes during summer sessions.

Transportation:There is a shuttle from the Inn to campus which is free. It is available all day and evening for pick up.

Meals: Each participant will be given coupons to receive free breakfast and dinners at the RIT Inn and Conference Center. You will be given a swipe card for lunches at Gracies campus cafeteria. We are currently looking into whether spouses can request a meal plan as well. Please contact Kirstin Riesbeck if this is a concern.

Weather: Summer-like, warm with temperatures in the 80-90s.

Recreational Facilities: Since the Inn was a former Marriott, there is both a pool and workout room available for guests.
