Reimbursement Limit:

"$100" per participant is not a hard, fixed number. It is possible that NCSI can reimburse more if funds are available. You can be confident that it will be at least $100. You should plan accordingly.

Requests can be combined for schools with multiple participants.

To Get Reimbursed:

Try to get the money matched
Fill out the on-line reimbursement form. Print a copy of the submitted form and attach your receipt or signed copy of your receipt to:

The on-line form should explain how the purchase/expense will benefit you in carrying out the ends of NCSI, what funds you were able to have matched (not a requirement, but we want to stretch the money) and indicate clearly to whom the money should be paid.
